About the Practitioner

Greetings!

My name is Jeanne Troncao-Heath. I am a California State Certified Massage Therapist (#35685) and Certified Infant Massage Instructor®. I received my first massage certification in 1996. Since then, I have acquired over 800 hours of massage training, spent 13 years instructing vocational massage and 7 years as a vocational massage school director.

I have a passion for healing though touch, the mind-body connection and how relationships can be enhanced using touch and massage. My studies have gone beyond that of massage techniques to include relationships and the body.I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and have studied Somatic Psychology.

My experience and studies have provided me with insight and understanding of the mind-body connection. Stress reduction is a primary focus of my work. My massage practice focuses on promoting health and wellness for women of all ages.  I enjoy helping individuals and families meet their full potential.  I teach massage classes to promote nurturing touch within families.

I believe that massage helps stimulate the body's innate healing abilities. As a massage therapist, I hope to be a catalyst allowing you the opportunity to relax and allow your body to revitalize and heal.
